To log student attendance:
- Within the course, select the Manage tab.

Select the Attendance link beneath the Course Management subheading.
Select the Attendance link. -
On the Attendance Manager screen, select today's date (or you may optionally select a different month or year, to change the view of dates to a different month or year).
Selecting a date displays the screen on which to log student attendance. -
Based on the legend displayed, select a status for each student from the Status pull-down menu.
Note: You can optionally select a default value from the Default pull-down menu to set the default status for all students for the particular date.
- Optionally enter a note regarding the student in the Notes field.
- Click the Save button.
